AJ Kuhn is Vice Principal at Keystone Global. His responsibilities include working on various strategic, project finance, and market due diligence and analysis engagements. AJ’s experience brings a holistic perspective to our infrastructure services, considering the physical, financial, digital, and ESG implications that our clients may encounter.

 

AJ joined Keystone Global in 2022 and has significant years focused in the infrastructure and project finance space, as he worked at Deloitte in the Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice. While at Deloitte, he provided financial and operational advisory services to private and public sector clients for various infrastructure asset types and large capital projects. AJ’s project experience includes providing due diligence and financial advisory for major transit projects in Florida and the tri-state area, developing analytics models for optimizing infrastructure investments at state, local, and federal agencies, and corporate strategic advisory for several northeast organizations. Prior to Deloitte, AJ worked at HITT Contracting as a Project Engineer, obtaining field experience first-hand as he performed various management and engineering functions for their new ground up healthcare facilities.

 

AJ holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Building Construction and Real Estate from Virginia Tech. He also holds a Master's degree in Applied Urban Science and Informatics from NYU, an analytics degree where he focused on optimizing investment in urban infrastructures.
