Mit Jha joined Keystone Global fka Star America in 2018. He has more than 20 years of experience in nearly all aspects of transportation infrastructure markets in the United States, Europe, and India.  Mit has led project development including feasibility, team building, and pursuit strategy for a large number of mega P3s throughout North America. He is widely recognized as an expert in P3 project development.  The cornerstone of his success is his demonstrated ability to integrate creative thinking, commercial insights, and project level technical information to develop implementable solutions.  

 

Mit has worked closely with global infrastructure concessionaires, equity and debt investors, contractors and designers on the private side, and a large number of public sector clients on the owner side. He is one of the few individuals in P3 industry who have a comprehensive understanding of P3 from all key participants’ perspectives.  Mit has led investor team for P3 projects as a bid director, advised global construction firms as a consultant, led design teams as senior executives at two national A&E firms, and provided consulting services directly to public sector clients on a number of P3 projects. This 360 degree experience uniquely qualifies Mit to serve as an executive advisor to public sector clients as well as P3 investors.

 

Mit has a Ph.D. from Purdue University and has been a Visiting Research Scientist at MIT. Prior to joining consulting, Mit was a Senior Research Associate at MIT. His research, in the area of traffic demand forecasting, has been published in leading international peer-reviewed scientific journals.
