Keystone Global is pleased to announce that Maria Kang has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Ms. Kang’s responsibilities will include providing project finance advisory services to Keystone’s clients and bringing a holistic perspective to the firm’s investment services.

Maria Kang has more than 20 years of experience within leading financial institutions with the past 15 years focused on the global infrastructure market. She has advised on and secured private and public financing for infrastructure projects in North America working with both equity and debt providers.
Prior to joining Keystone, Maria was a Managing Director at a global infrastructure advisory firm where she led infrastructure projects and managed deal teams to not only provide commercial and structuring advice but also to support deal execution activities.

Ms. Kang holds a bachelor’s degree from Wellesley College. Maria also holds an MBA in Finance from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.
